Bookings and Cancellations To secure a booking, a deposit may be required. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may forfeit the deposit at our discretion.
Payments We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and cash. Full payment must be received before the service is rendered unless otherwise arranged.
User Responsibilities Customers are expected to adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Aqualife Divers. Customers must certify that they are physically fit for diving and must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Liability Waiver Diving activities involve inherent risks. By participating, you waive any claims against Aqualife Divers for personal injury or other damages that may occur.
Punch Card Disclaimer Punch cards issued by Aqualife Divers are non-transferable and must be presented by the named holder. These cards have no cash value, cannot be sold, and offers cannot be combined with other promotions. The issuer is not responsible for lost or stolen cards and reserves the right to modify terms or terminate the card.
Intellectual Property All content provided by Aqualife Divers, including text, graphics, and images, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
