Abbey Too
Abbey Too Reef is part of the outer reef system, running parallel to the shoreline like many South Florida reefs. The main ledge, which faces west, holds the highest concentration of marine life and coral growth. Divers can expect to see a wide variety of reef species including grouper, snapper, jacks, barracuda, and moray eels. Trumpetfish and spotfin drum are also commonly spotted in this area. The reef structure provides excellent habitat, with lobster often found tucked into the caves and ledges along both the base and top of the reef. The second dive will be conducted on a nearby reef with a similar layout and profile.
